Shipping policy

We currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is free and handled by Swiss Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Products in stock are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 business days via Swiss Post. Please allow a total of 3 to 7 business days from the time of your order for delivery.

We do not currently ship outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you’re located in the EU and would like to place an order in the future, feel free to get in touch - we’re working on it.
