Our lamps are 3D printed using sustainable materials like PLA or PETG, carefully selected for their quality and appearance. Some parts are translucent, creating a soft glow when the lamp is switched on.
Yes. Each lamp comes with a high-quality LED bulb, so you can use it straight out of the box.
Just unplug the lamp, unscrew the existing bulb, and replace it with an E14 LED candle-shaped bulb with a maximum power of 5 watts. The exact steps are described in the user manual that comes with your lamp.
Yes. The lamp works with E14 smart bulbs, as long as they are candle-shaped and do not exceed 5 watts. You can also use it with a smart plug if you want app or voice control.
The lamp isn’t dimmable by default. But you can make it dimmable by replacing the original bulb with a dimmable smart E14 candle bulb (max 5W), or by using a dimmable bulb together with a smart dimmable plug.
The lamp comes with a slim 2-pin plug that works with Swiss sockets (Type J) and most European sockets, including Type C, Type F, and Type L.
The lamp is highly energy-efficient, designed to work with low-consumption LED bulbs.
The lamp uses a low-heat LED bulb and stable materials, making it safe for use in bedrooms. That said, it’s a fragile item like most lamps. While it should be fine if gently tipped over, it’s not made for falls and is not shock resistant. The bulb is made of glass, so we recommend keeping it out of reach of very small children.
Use a soft dry or slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid any harsh cleaners or abrasive materials to preserve the finish and protect the 3D printed parts.

Yes. The lamp is packed using cardboard-only packaging, which is fully recyclable and easy to reuse. The cable is tied with reusable zip ties, and no plastic fillers are used.
Not at this time, but we’re exploring the idea of limited editions and seasonal colorways. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us, we’d love to hear your ideas.
Orders & Delivery
We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you’re based elsewhere and are interested in ordering, feel free to get in touch. More info here: shipping policy.
Since each lamp is produced in small batches and assembled by hand, it may take 1 to 5 business days to prepare your order. That said, we always strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein usually takes about 2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, but if you have a preferred timeframe, let us know when placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Returns & Support
Yes. You have 30 days to return your lamp if it doesn’t meet your expectations. It must be in its original condition.
– For returns, the shipping cost is on your side.
– If you’d like to exchange it for another model or color, we’ll cover the return shipping.
If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
We don’t offer gift wrapping or personalized notes at the moment. The lamp is shipped in our standard packaging, which we believe is suitable for gifting as it is.
At the moment, Lustra doesn’t have a permanent retail location. However, we occasionally showcase our lamps at fairs, local shops, or shared spaces. Feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know where you might be able to see one.
