Refund policy
How to Request a Return
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, meaning it has not been operated, modified, or visibly installed
- In its original condition and packaging, including all internal protective materials
- Returned with prior approval using our online return form
To start a return, please fill out the Return request form. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchased the item at a discounted price, your refund will reflect the amount paid, not the full retail price.
If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange for the item to be sent back to you if desired.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by using the contact form and attaching a photo of the item. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
