Registering your Lustra product activates the extended warranty and helps make any future support simple and seamless.

Product details are stored securely, allowing warranty status to be verified quickly and requests to be handled without delays.

The process takes less than a minute, and once completed, everything is set.

To complete the registration, you will need:

  • Your product code
  • Your purchase details (date and place of purchase)

If you purchased your product from a retailer, we recommend uploading your proof of purchase. This helps us process any future warranty claims faster.

Each Lustra product includes a product code used for identification and warranty registration.

The product code is located on the lamp, depending on the model:

  • On the base of the lamp
  • Inside the lamp housing

The product code is 6 characters long and follows this format:

PL + 2 digits + 2 letters

Example: PL23AB

Enter the code exactly as shown on the product.
